These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the o789 platform at o789.ws. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using any o789 service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on o789. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. o789 reserves the right to request CNIC or passport verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be permanently closed and all funds returned.
Each player is permitted exactly one o789 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses multiple times or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonus credits.
All bonuses and promotions offered on o789 are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. o789 may withdraw any bonus at any time if abuse is suspected.
o789 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Processing times vary by method — see Section 6 for full details.

Accounts engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and any winnings derived from such activity will be voided and forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and o789 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at o789.ws (the "Platform" or "Site").
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the o789 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. Access to the o789 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. o789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any amounts already wagered.
21+ Policy is strictly enforced. Attempting to register using false identity information is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active o789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, o789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance accrued through multi-accounting activity.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, your residential address, and your contact details. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the o789 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. o789 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all regions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
o789 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from o789 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify o789 support immediately at [email protected]. o789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
o789 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the account holder.
o789 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. o789 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on o789 is Rs 200 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by o789, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by o789.
By depositing funds into your o789 account, you represent and warrant that the funds are derived from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment instrument being used. o789 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
Deposits made on behalf of another person are prohibited. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument is owned by someone other than the registered account holder — will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Note: Depositing funds to your o789 account constitutes acceptance that those funds will be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your account in real time in the majority of cases, though processing times may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your account, subject to the method supporting withdrawals. o789 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address. o789 may also request a photograph of the payment instrument used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 PKR. o789 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which o789 bears no responsibility.
Funds credited to your account as bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
o789 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
During Ramadan and Eid promotional periods, o789 may offer special seasonal bonuses. All such seasonal promotions remain subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specific to each offer. Promotions during religious periods are conducted with full cultural sensitivity and respect.
All sports bets placed on o789 — including cricket, PSL, international Test and ODI matches, Esports, and other sporting events — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.
o789 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds has occurred, where the event outcome has been affected by irregular circumstances, or where the bet has been placed after the official event start time (for pre-match markets). In-play betting is governed by separate in-play market rules published on the Platform.
All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and crash games (including Aviator) available on o789 are provided by licensed third-party game developers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) rates and game mechanics are independently audited and certified. o789 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game session or sporting event, o789's decision on the outcome of any affected bet or game round shall be final. Where a malfunction results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds or a game being incomplete, o789 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express written consent of o789.
Any unauthorised use of o789's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the o789 Platform, including but not limited to:
o789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's o789 account balance at the time of the relevant incident.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit o789's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by o789 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and o789. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
o789 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of our gaming services.
